Germain visited in March 1990 to identify colleagues for work on women/population/environment, and on RTIs as well as potential grantees for the MacArthur Foundation. MacArthur has since made grants to three recommended institutions. Jiggins may draw on Indian colleagues for her work on environment. No program development anticipated.
