Grant of $4,100 to cover organziational costs for te second workshop on Women and AIDS in Afria, held in Lagos in May 1990. Irvin led a three-day workshop in August 1990 for SWAAN executive and state members (all women are also members of other groups) to develop organizational and proposal writing skills. Follow-up grant of $4,700 made for activities on World AIDS Day and first executive meeting. Continued technical assistance requested for FY 1991.
