Germain accompanied by Bangser undertook consultancy to SIDA in May 1990 to draw up final terms of an agreement for the next five years of SIDA support to M.R. programs, including MRTSP, MFSTC, BAPSA, equipment for government M.R. services, and IWHC technical assistance. GOB approval of funding for M.R. kits and IWHC technical assistance through June 1991 received and contract with SIDA signed. GOB approval for SIDA support for M.R. is in final stages.
