Dr. Eka Williams of WHERNIN and WIN supported to visit National Black Women's Health Project (NBWHP) in February. Staff facilitated April visit by the Women and Development Unit (WAND), Barbados and National Black Women's Health Project (NBWHP) to Nigeria. Travel grants made for two members of Women in Nigeria to attend 4th Interdisciplinary Congress on Women, to visit NBWHP, and to attend their Reproductive Rights Conference. Travel grants made to a Program Officer from Nigerian Association of Nurses and Nurse Midwives, and the leader of the Calabar Market Women's Association to attend "Dialogues Across the Draspora," WAND. Follow-up workshops in Nigeria on self-help methodologies possible in FY 91.
