Six-month grant of $32,500 to hold second (8/89) dialogue on reproductive health, especially maternal mortality, among representatives of the state, academia and women's groups. Themes addressed included abortion, ethics and implementation of the public women's health program, and the role of feminists in improving reproductive health care. Rogow and numerous influentials, including Faundes, participated. Communication between feminists and physicians was more open and productive than in first dialogue. Report due 11/89.
