Latin America program assessment visits to Peru, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, and Brazil completed by Debbie Rogow. On-going program development in Peru. Several proposals from Brazil including research on abortion, an analysis of family planning programs, and support for the Brazilian Black Women's Institute are under consideration for support in FY 1990. With IWHC assistance, Noyes has made a $12,000 grant for the Institute's leaders to visit the Black Women's Health Project and other women's health leaders in the U.S.
