Two assessments have been completed by consultants: Joan Goldsmith on management and Ruth Dixon-Mueller on program. FY 1990 program planning, based on these reviews, was initiated at an off-site work session (May 31-June 2) at Wainwright House in Rye, New York, and is continuing through preparation of the FY 1990 budget and another staff meeting at Wainwright House, October 17-18, 1989.
