In FY 1990, AVESA purchased and began renovation of its own building. IWHC raised $52,700 from General Service Foundation, Prospect Hill and the Bergstrom Foundation toward the $140,000 purchase and initial renovations. IWHC staff facilitated an additional $35,000 grant toward the purchase by the Jessie Smith Noyes Foundation. AVESA anticipates occupying hte building early in FY 1991.
