Germain presented draft paper at seminar on "The Relative Risks of Contraception and Pregnancy for Third World Women: A Critique" in February 1990. Reaction was sufficiently favorable to pursue publication in IWHC's new series, "Reproductive Tracts". (See below.) Program Staff attended.
