Grant of $4,100 to cover organizational costs for the second workshop on Women and AIDS in Africa, held in Lagos in May 1990. Irvin led a three-day workshop in August 1990 for SWAAN executive and state members (all women are members of other groups as well) to develop organizational and proposal-writing skills. Follow-up grant of $4,700 made for activities on World AIDS Day and first Executive Meeting. Continued technical assistance requested for FY 91.
