Discussions with IPAS and others suggest that Dr. Robert Leke (and IWHC grantee) receive M.R. training from another African professional to learn what is required to provide in-hospital M.R. services under restrictive legal conditions. Arrangements to be confirmed during staff visits to Cameroun in October-November, 1989.
