IWHC core support for clinic services, beginning FY 1986, completed December 1987. A $32,000 grant made in December 1988 for purchase of new building. The Centro continues to be one of the few public clinics offering training in M.R. and counselling, but its board membership and leadership have changed considerably since Olga Lucia Toro resigned in December 1988. The Centro is self-sufficient and continuing collaborating with IWHC is unlikely.
