IWHC and Rockefeller Foundation co-sponsoring international meeting, April 29-May 3, 1991, of scientists and donors to assess the implications of RTIs in the Third World for national and international health policy. Eight background papers and four country-specific papers have been commissioned for conference and publication by Plenum Press. Rockefeller Foundation has made a grant of $50,000. Proposal developed to raise remainder of $127,000 budget.
